All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–7 business days after production
Canada: 7–14 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Pro Tip Athletics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
